Who we are
AP Futures is a service for UK Advanced Practitioners to capture and organise evidence of their clinical, educational, research, and leadership work. Our contact address is support@apfutures.co.uk.
What we collect
- Your name, email, registration body, and registration number.
- The captures you create (text, photos, voice notes) and any tags you add.
- Lightweight, non-identifying analytics events when enabled.
Lawful basis (UK GDPR)
We process your data on the basis of contract (to provide the service you signed up for) and legitimate interests (to keep the service secure and to improve it). We rely on consent for non-essential analytics.
Data residency
Your data is stored in the European Union. We do not transfer your captures outside the EU.
Retention
We keep your captures for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your data.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and to object to processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
